Robusta Sẻ, or purebred Robusta, is an heirloom variety known for its small, dense beans and bold, rich flavors. This coffee is naturally processed and fermented with Rượu Cần, a traditional wine made by ethnic communities in Vietnam’s Central Highlands.
The unique fermentation, combined with careful drying under the sun, enhances the beans’ natural sweetness and adds a subtle complexity reminiscent of whisky. This meticulous process celebrates the culture and traditions of the Central Highlands, delivering a coffee that is sweet, bold, and unforgettable.
