- About the Product
Cà TR is a high-quality Robusta variety developed for its strong growth, adaptability, and smooth, bold flavor. With a natural sugar content of 20–23 brix, the cherries are processed using the anaerobic fermentation method, which enhances sweetness and complexity by controlling temperature, pH, and fermentation time.
After fermentation, the beans are sun-dried for 3–5 weeks, allowing flavors to fully develop. The result is a coffee with a bright, sweet profile and rich notes of cinnamon, raisin, and orange peel.
Toong Origin is medium-light roasted to highlight the pure, gentle sweetness of this exceptional coffee. Perfect for pour-over or slow brewing methods, it offers a refined, authentic taste of Vietnam’s coffee heritage.
